1. General Terms

Fb22 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between fb22 and its members.

2. Account Registration

3. Age Verification

Fb22 is a responsible gaming platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to open an account or place bets.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. fb22 may request a National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes.

If verification reveals that a member is under 18, the account will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposit Policy

The following terms apply when making a deposit on fb22:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited. If this is suspected, the account may be suspended for verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–24 hours. VIP members receive instant processing.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If any suspicious transaction activity is detected, fb22 may place a hold on withdrawals and launch an investigation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb22 and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another member's account or attempting to steal their account credentials.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Hacking fb22's systems, introducing viruses, or any other form of technical attack.
• Harmful or harassing conduct toward other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fb22 always strives to provide the best service; however, the platform's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Service interruptions caused by loss of internet connection, power outages, or other external factors beyond our control.
• In the event of a delay caused by a third-party payment gateway.
• If an account suffers loss due to the member's own negligence or error.
• Service may be suspended in force majeure situations, such as natural disasters or government directives.

10. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by submitting a request to Support. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Fb22 may also close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Failure to provide the required verification documents.
• At the member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
